"Is a room free from 15 to 18 August?" no longer waits for you.
The question accommodation gets most is a date question. Mesaifix works by the night: the guest picks an arrival date and the number of nights, and the assistant only offers rooms that are really free.
In season, every message is a room
Messages that arrive at night
Guests plan their holidays in the evening; by the time you reply in the morning they have booked elsewhere.
Checking date by date
Every question means opening the calendar and working out whether the middle night is taken.
The same room sold twice
With WhatsApp, phone and a notebook kept apart, clashes are inevitable.
A calendar that works by the night
Choose nightly instead of hourly; the calendar, the booking page and the assistant all speak the same language.
Check-in, check-out and nights
You set the check-in and check-out times and the minimum and maximum number of nights.
Every night is checked
Each night of the stay is checked one by one; if the middle night is taken, those dates aren't offered.
Capacity by room type
Enter how many rooms you have of each kind and how many guests each sleeps.
A booking page with your logo
Put the link on Instagram, your Google listing and your website; guests book with you directly, with no middleman commission.

Common questions
Can a room be sold again on the check-out day?
Yes. Because check-out is before check-in, a room freed at noon can be let again the same afternoon.
Do my reception hours affect bookings?
No. Reception closing doesn't change whether a room is free. Days you are closed are entered separately.
Does the assistant offer times?
No. In nightly mode each date has a single arrival; the assistant talks dates and nights, not times.
Will it mention promotions and seasonal prices?
It mentions the promotions you enter only on the dates they are valid, and reads prices from your current list.
