Give your front desk's phone a break.
Patients ask how long a treatment takes, what it costs, when you're open and which appointments are free. Mesaifix answers with your information and writes the appointment into your calendar; it never makes up what it doesn't know.
The phone rings during opening hours and after them
The same information again and again
Address, parking, opening hours, treatment times. The front desk spends the day on these questions.
Messages after hours
A patient who writes in the evening waits until morning, and often books somewhere else.
Missed appointments
An appointment nobody was reminded of is a chair nobody sits in.
Your appointments, your rules, in your words
You enter how long each treatment takes and how many practitioners or rooms you work with.
Duration by treatment
A check-up is 20 minutes, a treatment an hour: each takes exactly its own time in the calendar.
Information 24/7
Opening hours, address, fees and frequently asked questions get answered at night too.
Reminders
From the options you offer, the patient chooses when and on which channel to be reminded.
You stay in control
Appointments can be confirmed instantly or wait for your approval. You can read every conversation in the panel.

Common questions
Does the assistant give medical advice?
The assistant only uses the information you entered in the panel. If asked about something that isn't there, it doesn't make it up; it says it doesn't know.
I don't want the booking form to ask for party size.
You decide the booking steps. When you start as a clinic, the party-size step isn't added at all, and you can add or remove any question.
We have several practitioners.
Set up each practitioner or room as a separate place; the calendar shows them together and never gives the same time twice.
No bookings on our holidays, please.
Enter your closed days once; on those days neither the booking page nor the assistant takes appointments.
