Common questions

Do I need the assistant to take bookings?

No. Your calendar and your booking page work without the assistant. With the assistant on, it takes bookings in chat as well.

What about bookings that come in by phone?

You add those to the calendar yourself. That way every booking sits in one place and no slot is given twice.

I run a guesthouse. Does it work by the night?

Yes. In night mode customers pick an arrival date and how many nights they're staying; you set the check-in and check-out times and the minimum and maximum stay.

What if a customer wants to cancel?

They cancel themselves through the link in their confirmation. You decide how late they can cancel, and the slot is free again immediately.

Does the booking page say Mesaifix?

No. Only your logo and name appear; your customer is on a page of your own.
